The bank robberies in Red Dead Redemption 2 represented crucial moments in the game’s story, often leading to major changes for the gang. They also were built around unique mechanics not seen in other missions. By default, strong-arming your way into a bank to initiate a robbery in Red Dead Redemption 2 doesn’t work, but what if you could get the game to re-load the bank robbery scripts from the main story at any time? Mod creator Jedijosh920 had the same idea when creating the Bank Robberies mod. When installed, the mod allows you to initiate a robbery simply by aiming your weapon at the teller. The mod then loads the scenarios first seen in the game’s campaign and lets you enter the vault, crack the safes and so on. Sadly, you won’t have the support of your fellow gang members watching your back, so things will get complicated quickly. The banks in Saint Denis, Rhodes and Valentine are all playable using the mod, though you’ll need to first install ScriptHookRDR2. Hit the link above to grab the mod and re-experience these robberies.
