Following news that the German government is banning public gatherings until the end of August, gamescom 2020 organisers have posted an update to explain what’s going to happen to the show this year. For starters, gamescom 2020 won’t be delayed to take place physically at any other point in the year. Instead, organisers will focus entirely on a digital version that will be taking place at the convention’s usual spot in late August, with more details to be revealed in the coming weeks. All ticket purchases will also be refunded. To see this content please enable targeting cookies.
