The Scariest Thing About The Callisto Protocol Is How It Runs On Pc

The technical state of PC ports is hard to ascertain ahead of launch, and many typically find out how the game is going to run on their system on release date. In this case, at least, it hasn’t gone well. As you’d expect, The Callisto Protocol owners on Steam wasted no time sharing their frustrations about the PC port, even before they get into any gameplay or design issues they may not enjoy....

Sony Pictures is delaying the release of the live-action film until March 5, 2021 - pushing the cinematic release back three month from its planned December 18, 2020 release, Deadline reports. The movie has been in the works for 13 years now and has gone through a whopping six directors - most recently Bumblebee’s Travis Knight who became attached to the film after Dan Tractenberg left the project. The Witcher 1 Is Not The Obvious Remake Candidate You Might Think

The Witcher’s world is built on the creaking backs of characters who look much younger than they are. Mutants and sorceresses who could pass for 40 or 20, respectively, but have seen more kings’ faces than a merchant with a bag full of coins. Don’t be fooled by the smooth skin. Their youth is a facade that rarely holds up in conversation, the rigid thinking and displaced perspective of old age soon showing through....

There S A New Ps5 Firmware Update

Today’s release, version number 21.02-04.03.00, is the usual 913MB download. According to Sony’s official support site, the update has the same patch note as the one from earlier this month: “This system software update improves system performance.” PlayStation owners should be very familiar with this phrase by now, seeing as it’s the same one we get whenever an incremental update like this one is released. Judging by user reports thus far, there doesn’t seem to be any undocumented changes, but we’re likely looking at fixes to bugs introduced with the big September update and beyond....

Tunic Still Has Secrets Left To Give Up Says Creator Andrew Shouldice

Modern games use the term ‘secret’ lightly; whether you’re collecting ravens in God of War or hunting down skulls in Halo Infinite, the ‘secrets’ you’re after are usually clearly telegraphed. You’re led to them. It’s good game design, making you think you got there on your own, but you’re very often baited and drawn in by an unseen hand. -Major spoilers for Tunic ahead- Tunic isn’t quite like that. Whether you’re sniffing around those golden chimes at the old house – wondering why they pop so much in the middle of the green around it – or making your way to the game’s very last uber-mysterious location, Tunic does secrets differently....

Twitch Signs Deal With Music Industry But You Still Can T Stream Copyrighted Music

If you’re a streamer, or watch Twitch streamers, you’ll know that DMCA strikes are a common issue for anyone that plays games that contain licensed music. Even high-profile games like Cyberpunk 2077 have needed to include ‘streamer modes’ that remove instances of licensed music so that creators don’t get their videos struck by the (usually automated) online tools that scan channels for copyright infringements. Perhaps the goofiest instance of streaming platforms versus the music industry came fairly recently, when Twitch was forced to edit Metallica’s BlizzConline show to avoid a DMCA strike....

Warzone 2 Players Are Wiping Out Entire Squads And Themselves With The Bomb Drone

For those who don’t know, the bomb drone is a relatively-rare field upgrade that you can find in boxes and supply packages across Al Mazrah. When detonated near a player (including yourself) it will always kill. So, as you can imagine, with Warzone 2 being fresh out the oven, players have been having a lot of fun with the bomb drone....

We Asked Real Vikings About Female Warriors Stealth And Castles In Assassin S Creed Valhalla

While the actual Vikings all died out centuries ago, the next best thing are still around: The Vikings, the UK’s oldest and largest Viking society, with branches in Scandinavia, Italy, the US and Canada too. There’s been some debate over a few elements of what we’ve seen so far, and not just whether in engine footage should count as gameplay. Though magical elements and alternate retellings of history have featured in the series since the start, they’ve always tried to centre the core world building in reality....

What Gta Online S Alien Gang War And Travis Scott S Fortnite Gig Could Mean For Gta 6

With the arrival of Grand Theft Auto Online’s Executives and Other Criminals update in December 2015, so too came a new level of carnage. It was also the first time I experienced the FOMO mania that drives the game today....

Why I Don T Trust Cyberpunk With My Junk

‘Players can select a gender and customise their character; customisation can include depictions of breasts, buttocks, and genitalia, as well as various sizes and combinations of genitals’, the ESRB description reads. That means you’ll be able to recreate the infamous Mix It Up poster, which depicted a feminine character with an explicitly large bulge at their crotch. While I don’t look exactly like the person pictured - I’m nowhere near as cool - I fit the basic description in that I wear a bra and I have a cock....

Blizzard’s art team has yet to finalise the next mount, and the design with the most votes internationally will be added to the game in a later patch....
