This bundle continues a renaissance of sorts for beloved Star Wars games released in generations past coming back to modern consoles. The Jedi Knight games were rereleased in 2019 and appeared in a bundle some time later. Meanwhile, Star Wars Episode 1: Racer and Star Wars Republic Commando followed suit individually in 2020, so it makes sense that they would also be bundled like this. It’s a good time to be a Star Wars game fan....
Steam has implemented more restrict rules on changing a user’s main store country. Although it has been difficult to do in recent years, this new update to the process deters an even wider group of players. As spotted by Steam Database, Steam now requires users to make a purchase using a payment method issued in the country they want to change their store to. In other words, you can’t buy games in Poland unless you have a Polish credit card, for instance....
As described in a new post from Major Nelson, the Arctis 1 Wireless for Xbox Johnny Silverhand Edition is inspired by Keanu Reeves’ character in the CD Projekt Red title: Scuffed up, branded with a “no future” logo on one headset ear cup and a sort of firery demon-type-thing on the other, and “Samurai” emblazoned across its headband. The headset features lossless 2.4GHz wireless with ultra-low latency on both Xbox and PC....

Square Enix has, essentially, removed barriers to play in getting Tactics Ogre: Reborn out into modern players’ hands. By letting your units take a little tour of the battlefield and collect cards that buff their stats and open their options up, you’re no longer confined into one specific style of play with your armies. Letting your defensive classes, say, beef up their sword arms and get stronger hits in? That’s viable now....
Team Ninja’s next project may not be a new entry of any of its more familiar series. The studio is getting ready to ship Nioh 2 Complete Edition on PC and PS5, as well as a remaster of the original game on Sony’s console. Once those are out, however, this may be the last we see of Nioh. Speaking to The Gamer, Team Ninja’s Fumihiko Yasuda said that the studio is not currently working on Nioh 3....

At the back of the console, the words Uniform, Victor, Mike, and Echo are inscribed as a list of four, with the first letter of each word being heavily emphasized. On one hand, you might recognize these as the words representing their corresponding letters in the NATO alphabet....

Epic Games’ court trial with Apple officially kicked off Monday. Although the trial is being held in person, attendees were mic’d up and the court made a dial-in line available for the public to listen in on the proceedings. Usually, when public lines become available in conference calls, participants are automatically muted. This wasn’t the case initially in the Epic vs. Apple trial, however. As noted by The Verge, for over 20 minutes, any random person could call in and scream whatever they wanted, so that’s exactly what many did....
Control’s expansion, The Foundation, was previously released on PC and PS4 as a timed-exclusive. The Foundation sends players into the history of the Oldest House. In it, Jesse is alerted by the Board of a situation in the establishment. A structure called the Monolith has been damaged and the Astral Plane is “leaking into the Foundation.” You can expect new missions and narrative elements, enemies, and abilities. It can be purchased from the Microsoft Store digitally for Xbox One and Xbox One X for $14....
We got our first look at the Halo TV series back at the Xbox 20th anniversary showcase in November 2021. Then, we got another brief teaser in November before a full-fat trailer dropped towards the end of the year. The company behind the show, Paramount, dropped a two-minute trailer for the premium show last night, and it gives us a lot more information about what to expect from the highly-anticiapted project....
If you’ve been playing The Last of Us Part 2, you may have already come across some of the sections shown in E3 demos. As it is often the case with big games, the visuals in the final build don’t always line up with those demos. It’s been a while since we heard anything solid about Breath of the Wild 2: it was announced at E3 2019 and since then, Nintendo has never mentioned it in subsequent Directs, or showed off any footage in any official capacity. Until today. The publisher and developer still seems reticent to actually give it a title, though – even the official trailer is simply called “Sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild - E3 2021 Teaser....
The design team behind the new Official Xbox Wireless Headset plainly had two missions: first, to create a best-in-class Xbox headset at a sub-$100 price. But second, and equally important, it also had to be a solid, high-quality multi-purpose headset in general, comfortable to be used with your PC, phone, or whatever other audio tech you might use. It’s not a complete home run, but it’s definitely a very good attempt, and a real contender for one of the best headsets on the market for its price bracket....

While Nintendo hasn’t even teased what to expect out of the stream, we’re really hoping to glean more information on Breath of the Wild 2, or whatever Nintendo plans to call it.
