After making it through some stressful purple lightning and dense clouds, the crew finds themselves on a new island “filled with new encounters.” We then get to see a variety of the characters exploring this mysterious new world, where they will have to solve “hidden mysteries.” Judging from the trailer you’ll be able to walk around as Luffy, Zoro and Tony Tony Chopper....

Showtime is a fan Zine (basically a smaller, independent form of magazine) that started back in 2020 and sold 1,517 copies of the product over Etsy to global fans of the popular Atlus RPG. It has since become a project that 28 illustrators, five merch artists, and six writers all contributed to. The member of staff - Ree - who seems to have taken the money was the founder of the zine, and had previous experience with other similar projects....

Sony taking down Cyberpunk 2077 from the PlayStation Store is huge news. It’s an unprecedented move at a scale like this, and one that would have seemed impossible just a week ago. One of the most anticipated video games ever made has been pulled from a major store for running terribly on last-gen consoles. That doesn’t happen every day. As you can imagine, this has social media buzzing as everyone tries to get in their two cents....

The Xbox Series X is more powerful than the PlayStation 5. This fact has been discussed to death ahead of launch, and the gap was enough for Microsoft to make a big deal out of it in its marketing leading up to launch. But that’s not the story launch games tell, where Xbox Series X - in most cases - is at best matching PS5, and inexplicably falling below Sony’s console at worst....

It’s a new co-op shooter from Ubisoft set in the current Rainbow Six Siege universe, putting 18 of the 60 operators you know and love from siege in a new PVE setting. As a team of 3, you take those operators on incursions into contaminated zones to complete objectives and fight against violent aliens known as Archaeans. It’s basically your traditional co-op zombie experience but with a tactical edge; you need to complete levels and missions (similar to dungeons from MMORPGs) in order to progress and dig deeper into the game....

This show stopping intro sets up the game’s story and introduces the rift mechanic alluded to in the title. Doctor Nefarious causes havoc with a rift gun, resulting in some dimensional shenanigans, such as portals from other dimensions opening up all over the place and newcomer Rivet (another Lombax) arriving with a fair few similarities to Ratchet. The newly formed Lombax duo (although they spend a lot of the game apart) must take on a more formidable foe in the shape of a parallel universe Nefarious who happens to be the ruler of his galaxy and wants to exert his power across the universes....

A brand new Telegrams system has been introduced to Red Dead Online, bringing with it a few new jobs for players to complete. That’s according to RockstarIntel.com, which posted on Twitter that this new addition allows players to complete three repeatable solo jobs. These are called Outrider, A One Horse Deal and Rich Pickings, but one assumes that Rockstar will be adding more to the game as time goes on....

Capcom has warned that some Resident Evil 3 orders of the game’s physical version could face delays in Europe, as a result of the coronavirus lockdown. The publisher stressed that the game’s release date of April 3 has not changed, only that discs may not be available as readily as expected. “We are closely following official regulations to ensure we are prioritising the safety of our fans, employees and partners,” Capcom UK said in a Tweet....

The remake of the 2005 game is being developed to achieve “state-of-the-art quality for a survival horror suitable for 2023. But don’t worry: the remake will preserve the essence of the original while also providing a fresh feel. Capcom is doing this by reimagining the storyline of the game while keeping the essence of its direction, modernizing the graphics, and updating the controls to a modern standard. If you have never played it before, it takes place six years after the disaster in Racoon City....

After having unveiled what the Resident Evil Village Winters’ Expansion was set to include, director Yasuhiro Ampo and producer Yoshiaki Harabayashi took to the stage to discuss what was also on everyone’s minds, the Resident Evil 4 Remake. The development team have every intention of trying to build upon the 2005 classic in the remake, with aims to amp up the feelings of loneliness and the fear of enemies brainwashed by zealotry....
