Over the weekend, the first footage of The Division: Heartland popped up online from some of the players invited to the game’s closed test. All participants in the test should be under NDA, but leakers clearly don’t care. The Division 2 servers are down at the time of this writing for three hours of maintenance to prepare for the release of patch 8.4. Servers should be back online by 4:30am PT, 7:30am ET, 11:30am UK. This is the game’s first patch since the launch of the Warlords of New York expansion, and also the first since the start of the new Seasonal Manhunt system. The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor has a new release date. The new chapter, part of Update 26, will be released a week late on May 26 for PC and Mac. PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users can download the Greymoor chapter on June 9. Wired Productions and independent developer Tomas Sala have announced a closed beta for The Falconeer will be held in early October on PC. Sign-ups are open today and you can register interest on the game’s official Discord. In the beta, you will be treated to an early section from the beginning of the game, featuring a series of locations to explore, enemies to fight, and missions to undertake. The Medium isn’t really the game I thought it was. Maybe I should have been paying closer attention to Bloober Team’s Xbox Series X|S and PC exclusive, but this is an old-school horror game through the lens of next-gen power and possibilities.
