This game is so good I almost ruined my lunch. Let me create the scene for you with this little tale of discovery and woe....

In its latest financial report for the nine months ending January 31, 2023, Nintendo reported 122.56 million Switch units sold. General platform sales find Switch the third best-selling system of all time, following PS2 in first place with over 155 million units sold and Nintendo DS in second place with 154 million units sold. The Last Campfire, the next game from Hello Games, mostly known for No Man’s Sky, has been released a few minutes ago. Hello Games dropped a surprise announcement overnight, confirming a worldwide launch the following day. The Last Campfire is available on PC (EGS), PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Apple Arcade (iOS/Mac/TV). The game was announced back in 2018 with a mysterious trailer. Hello Games has since revealed more details about the game, and revealing more confirmed platforms....
For the month of January 2020, NPD reports software fell 31% to $311 million compared to January 2019. The decline was attributed to a slim release slate compared to last year when Kingdom Hearts 3 and Resident Evil 2 were released. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot was the best-selling game for the month, making it the third-highest in sales for the Dragon Ball Z franchise. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was the second best-selling title, and maintains its spot as the best-selling game over the last 12 months....

Pac-Man is a video game series first conceived in 1980 by Namco, that went on to become somewhat of a social phenomenon. Pagan Online, the action RPG from Wargaming and Mad Head, will have its online servers close on August 4. At that point, the game will continue to be playable offline in solo mode. Pagan previously required everyone to be online to play it, regardless of their party size. Those who played Pagan in the past will receive seven days of Premium and one free vehicle in each of Wargaming’s major games (World of Tanks, Warplanes, Warships, Blitz)....

Regardless, Pikmin fans won’t need to wait too much longer, we’d hope. During yesterday’s Nintendo Direct, Miyamoto made yet another appearance to finally show off a glimpse of Pikmin 4. There’s still no word on a release date, but we do know to expect the title during 2023. In the teaser trailer shown off during the presentation, we saw plenty of colourful Pikmin and the Bulborb enemy make their return....
The Planet Zoo South America Pack is set to release next week on April 7 and features five new animals and over 250 new scenery pieces. Animals include the Jaguar, Capuchin Monkey, Giant Anteater, Red-Eyed Tree Frog, and Llamas. The South America Pack will launch alongside a free content update for all players, and it contains a variety of different features and improvements as well as new enrichment items, building pieces, and foliage....
Speaking with IGN Japan (via IGN), Inaba said Scalebound’s creator, Hideki Kamiya, has been talking about “wanting to work on Scalebound again for a while,” with Kamiya adding he would like to “appeal to Phil Spencer directly - let’s do it, Phil!” Inaba said the studio’s desire to go back to the IP, which is owned by Microsoft, isn’t just a whim, but the devs really do wish to talk with Microsoft about it....

Why every character in GTA 5 also acts like that is anyone’s guess. You might have already seen the little critter wandering around Pokémon Go, but Gimmighoul has officially been revealed, though it doesn’t seem to be the most straight forward pocket monster around. Those that have been keeping an eye on chest.pokemon.com will have seen a chest filled with coins, which is apparently one form of Gimmighoul itself. Whereas the one walking around, giving you coins in Pokémon Go is a different form that walks around outside of the chest....
