Now the artifacts have erupted with power, and Wolfram Von List has made a pact with an occult entity that allows him to raise the dead....

After early mumblings that some CD Projekt investors may seek legal action against the company for allegedly misrepresenting the state of Cyberpunk 2077, one such lawsuit has officially been filed. The New York-based Rosen Law Firm, filed a class action lawsuit against CD Projekt on December 24. The suit was filed on behalf of investors who purchased CD Projekt stock in the US between January 16 and December 17, 2020, with the aim of recovering damages for them under the the federal securities laws....
During these weekly Pokemon Go challenge events, all players will be able to take part in whether they have a Pokemon GoFest 2020 ticket or not. These events consist of weekly challenges in the form of Timed Research lines, and by completing them, you can unlock additional species of Pokemon that’ll appear during Pokeémon Go Fest 2020. The first weekly challenge will coincide with the game’s fourth anniversary celebration. It will focus on catching Pokemon and will run July 3-8....
Ahead of the Dragon’s Dogma anime’s debut on Netflix next week, the streaming service shared the opening title sequence with fans. The opening credits feature music by Tadayoshi Makino, whose credits include Monster Hunter World and Resident Evil 2, and of course the original Dragon’s Dogma. As previously revealed, the Netflix anime is a co-production with Sublimation, and it will air worldwide on September 17. Netflix recently gave us an early look at the visual style, but today’s opening sequence could work well with any fantasy show....

A gameplay trailer for Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood was shown today during Nancon Connect. Our last look at the game came in the form of a cinematic trailer. Alongside the gameplay trailer, it was announced the game would not be released this year, but next year on February 4. It was also announced for next-gen consoles. In it, you play as Cahal, a Garou who went into exile after losing control of his destructive rage....
With Serpentine, normal sprinting will reduce incoming damage from ballistics and explosives, while Tactical Sprinting can cut damage by more than a quarter of its normal value. Intuition will find your vision pulsing when enemies are nearby - even through walls. Similar to High Alert in previous games, but with a shorter range, this perk allows you to perceive threats before they come around corners or through doors. This is done without the need to suppress them like Piercing Range, making it a more passive option for close-range engagements....
The job ad, picked up by Exputer, notes that the developer is currently working on another game now that Dirt 5 is out the door and hints that it’s going to a big, triple-A project. Codemasters is staffing up for the job in a pretty significant way, and currently has no fewer than 30 vacancies on its site – some for the UK office, and some based in Malaysia. For any staff interested joining the developer, it’s worth noting that EA has said that it will leave the studio to its own devices, like it has with Respawn, and that the developer will retain control of how it makes games....
You’d be forgiven for forgetting all about Conan Chop Chop, the game that everyone thought was an April Fools’ Day joke, before Funcom revealed it’s actually a real, full game. Conan Chop Chop was initially set for release in 2019, before it got pushed back to the first quarter of this year, then to Q2, then again to later this year. Now, the game has been pushed back to Q1 next year....
Crysis Remastered kicked off the week with a teaser for a full trailer coming tomorrow. Just like the game’s existence, however, the surprise has been entirely spoiled. A page for Crysis Remastered went up early on the ever-reliable Microsoft Store. The page not only reveals a July 23 release date, it also features the first screenshots and confirms the game’s support for 4K HDR on Xbox One. The trailer that was meant to be revealed tomorrow leaked on a different page, and Nintendo Everything uploaded a mirror to Streamable (seen below)....
Crytek announced Crysis Remastered shortly after the official Crysis Twitter account tweeted for the first time in several years. Just a couple of days afterwards, Crysis Remastered was officially revealed for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Switch - and we’re getting a look at a brand new Crysis Remastered trailer later this week. “The classic first person shooter from Crytek is back with the action-packed gameplay, sandbox world, and thrilling epic battles you loved the first time around,” reads the official Crysis Remastered trailer description on YouTube....

As noted in its 2020 annual report, Deadly Premonition 2 will be heading to Steam sometime this year (thanks, Gematsu). The game was originally released last summer for Nintendo Switch, the release was not without controversy due to both framerate issues and transgender depiction. A patch was released which addressed poor trans representation and the framerate. The game is a sequel to Deadly Premonition and takes place in present-day Boston....

Upon firing, each projectile will turn into a Statis Crystal that will freeze enemies on impact. It’s Intrinsic Perk, Cryocannon, also lets you hold to charge the weapon to fire projectiles that will freeze an area with Stasis crystals, which will be good for crowd control....
Update: Thanks to Reddit user jaydenkieran and the Destiny 2 community at large, a path through the Corridors of Time has been found. Once you reach the end, Saint-14 will speak to you for a short time and you’ll receive a Chronometric Weapon Core and the quest will update to say “The End”. It’s also thought that the sarcophagus you’re looking at is your own grave. Yikes. The quest step will update to tell you to speak to Saint-14 and you can begin the quest for the Bastion Exotic Fusion Rifle....
